For paid services:

• Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will provide advance notice when possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supawidgets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supawidgets from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to paid services will end at the current billing period
• You may export your data for a limited time after termination
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through our service or by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
