We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro and Enterprise subscribers. If you're not completely satisfied with Supawidgets within your first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

To be eligible for our 30-day guarantee:

  • You must be a new customer (first-time subscriber)
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You must contact our support team with your refund request

Free Plan

Our Starter plan is completely free, so no refunds are applicable. You can use the free plan indefinitely and upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Subscription Refunds

For ongoing subscriptions beyond the initial 30-day period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused portions, minus a processing fee.
  • Downgrades: When downgrading from a higher plan, the difference will be credited to your account for future billing cycles.
